When Kinje began to come awake, he had no idea where he was. He could hear vague sounds of voices around him, but couldn't really make out what they were saying. Not that he cared much, really. He had no idea what was going on, but whatever it was, it didn't concern him.

That is, until someone started shaking his shoulder and telling him to wake up.

Kinje didn't respond at first, but the voice did not go away and he slowly opened his eyes. "Did I win…?" he asked in a weak voice.

Someone laughed from somewhere nearby, and Kinje looked around, letting his eyes gradually adjust to the setting. H

Chapter 44-The Start of the Mountain Journey

As the group traveled and got ever closer to reaching the mountain, Snowcrystal began to notice that it felt colder. It was a welcome feeling to her, but she could tell that a few of the others were a bit unnerved by it, and Thunder was constantly shivering. She knew the cold winds were coming from the direction of the mountain, and wondered if the cold had something to do with Articuno, or whether the mountain was just naturally that way. The massive stone monolith ahead of them loomed ever closer, and Snowcrystal hoped that they would reach it by the end of the day.

I'm not sure why I drew this; I'm not very good at oekaki pictures, but whatever. It's about time I uploaded some sort of art. D:

This isn't really a specific scene...maybe Rosie's just getting mad at Thunder again. I dunno, you decide.

I really need to make a ref for Thunder or something (I'm not sure how, though) so all her scars/injuries are in the same place...I just draw them randomly and can't really keep track. My goal for...sometime soon...is to make decent Path of Destiny art, so when I do, I'm going to try to come up with better ways to draw the characters. I don't like how I draw them now. ;-;

I know Thunder's supposed to be ill at this part and she doesn't look like it (not sure how to draw her like that), but whatever...I'm done commenting now. x_x

Well I don't even know what an oekaki is. xDD But I think I recognise the shading--especially on Rosie. I really like the shading, though!

And the ground is really quite effective--I can't draw it nearly as well as you can. xD The clouds and sky are also really cool!

I think for Thunder, maybe next time try drawing her muzzle/snout a bit shorter, especially at an angle like that. I really like how you did the legs, and the rest of the body seems fine too!

I can't believe you try to convince me you can draw scyther very well. xD And yeah--that would be a good idea (about the ref thing). It sure would make everything easier, that's for sure! (also, maybe drawing some spikes on the collar/shackle? o: )

Is Rosie supposed to not be facing her? It looks like she's kinda growling to herself (kinda like how people mutter about stuff angrily) rather than directing her emotion at Thunder, but that's fine. ^^ I think maybe you should give her more of a something to look at, since her eye kinda looks like it's randomly placed, and maybe a pupil would be good too. ^^ I like Blazefang's expression. xDD

He looks so cute and innocent down there, wondering why they're fighting and appearing very uncomfortable about it. xD Haha, nice job overall. x) I should draw some more too. o:

Thanks! Yeah, I don't know, I told you I'm bad at oekaki pics. I don't understand how other people make such good pictures on that program. o: I couldn't get Rosie or Thunder right, so I sort of gave up. XD
