Diesel Springer’s Obscure Past Chapter 2 - Scrap Treasures Walking amidst the rays of the setting Sun, Diesel was still haunted by one thing that truly tormented him, wondering, “will he ever be able to speak?” With a drooping nose, he stared at the copper ground until he started kicking a small stone. Diesel usually found beauty in every bad thing, but this time he could’t find anything heartwarming about it. He just couldn’t get those disturbing thoughts out of his head. In his anguish, he gave a powerful kick to the stone, which landed in the ditch beside the road. He sighed heavily and then lowered the gaze of his gloomy head, first fixing it on the worn, endless, stretch of road ahead. Alongside the highway, he caught a sight of the dilapidated building, clearly worn down by time. Cracks appeared in some parts, causing tiny particles to ocassionally fall of the walls.
